The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) College of Public Affairs & Community Service (CPACS) was a renovation of an existing 110,000SF Building. The building was completed stripped back to its structure and then the renovation began with a new electrical service to the building. There were some additions to the building, as well, that totaled approximately 20,000SF which served as the new “front doors” to the building.
